Yusuf is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with more than 25 years of experience securing high‑exposure DoD and Intelligence Community systems across TS/SCI environments. He specializes in Risk Management Framework (RMF), ICD 503, A&A, security engineering, and enterprise cyber governance, supporting mission‑critical programs at DISA, HQDA, USAF, ONI, USSTRATCOM, and NATO.
Yusuf has led large‑scale cybersecurity operations, modernized assessment programs, and advised senior leaders on risk, compliance, and mission assurance. His expertise spans boundary protection, continuous monitoring, PPS governance, eMASS lifecycle management, and security control assessments across classified and unclassified environments.
A certified CISM, CASP+, PMI‑ACP, AWS Security Specialist, and CCAK professional, Yusuf brings deep technical acumen and executive‑level leadership to TAYVIC Solutions, strengthening the company’s capabilities in Security Governance & RMF, C‑SCRM, and mission‑aligned program execution.

Andre maintains an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and has led enterprise‑wide reforms that reduced supply‑chain risk by 30% and improved audit readiness by 25%. He holds industry‑leading credentials including PMP®, CISM®, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and brings deep expertise in continuous monitoring, RMF execution, and cloud authorization.
